North/South 100 brings JCM Motorsports to Florence Speedway with Lucas Dirt
With a $75,000 payday up for grabs, Spencer Hughes loaded up the JCM Motorsports hauler and made the long haul to the Bluegrass State for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned North/South 100 at Florence Speedway (Walton, Ky.) on Thursday afternoon.
With preliminary action on tap for the first two nights, Hughes finished 20th in Thursday's prelim before a 12th-place outing in the Friday prelim.
For Saturday's finale, Spencer fell back in his heat race and was unable to transfer out of his B-Main. Hughes did compete in the non-qualifiers race where he finished eighth.
